Hailing from Jerilderie, New South Wales, Sheridan Mortlock embarked on a journey that led her from the tranquil landscapes of Australia to the dazzling lights of international pageantry. Mortlock’s ascent in the pageant world began with Miss Earth Australia 2019, where she clinched the title of Miss Earth – Australia Air 2019. Her stellar performance and unwavering commitment to advocacy earned her the special awards of “Miss Photogenic” and “Darling of the Press,” setting the stage for her future triumphs.
In a triumphant return to the Miss Earth Australia stage in 2022, Mortlock emerged victorious, seizing the coveted title of Miss Earth Australia 2022. Her advocacy, centered around Action, Care, and Education (ACE) for environmental protection, resonated deeply with audiences and judges alike, showcasing her dedication to making a positive impact on the planet.
Mortlock’s journey reached its pinnacle at the Miss Earth 2022 competition, where she competed with 85 other entries from around the world. Throughout the preliminary events, Mortlock’s grace, poise, and commitment to her advocacy garnered widespread acclaim, earning her multiple awards, including Darling of the Press (Asia & Oceania) and Miss Congeniality.
On the global stage of Miss Earth 2022, Sheridan Mortlock’s advocacy for environmental conservation and her passionate promotion of the critically endangered Swift parrot captured hearts and minds, earning her the title of Miss Earth – Air 2022.
