Random drivers from Halifax, Virginia got the shock of a lifetime after they were pulled over by local police officers Chief Kevin Lands and Officer Brian Warner.
A video was posted by Chief Lands on Facebook, and it shows the officers stopping a noticeably anxious driver and informing her that: “it is against the law to drive on a hot day without an ice cream cone”. They then gave out ice cream cones to the driver and the passenger – both of whom reacted by laughing with relief.
