StarCentral Magazine had the pleasure of being invited by George Bastolli, CEO of Royalle Modelling Agency, to a captivating fashion showcase as part of the Cultural Exchange Program introducing Vietnam tourism – Ho Chi Minh City. The event, organised by the Department of Tourism of Ho Chi Minh City, took place at Parramatta Town Hall in New South Wales, Australia.
The highlight of the evening was the showcase of the “PROSPERITY” collection by renowned designer Tran Phuong Hoa, the founder and designer of Eleven S Couture. Hoa captivated the audience with 15 stunning traditional Áo dài designs, each meticulously crafted using authentic Vietnamese materials. The collection was brought to life by the elegant presence of Miss World Australia – Sarah Marschke, Miss Universe Vietnam 2022 Ngoc Chau, Miss COSMO Vietnam 2023 Xuan Hanh, and stunning professional models from Royalle Modelling.
Inspired by the vibrant flora of Vietnam and Australia, the “PROSPERITY” collection symbolises the harmonious blend of cultures and natural beauty. Tran Phuong Hoa’s dedication to showcasing the essence of Vietnamese heritage through her designs was evident throughout the evening.
“We were thrilled to be part of this spectacular event celebrating the cultural richness and tourism potential of Ho Chi Minh City,” said Mike Ilagan, Managing Director of StarCentral Magazine. “The mesmerising fashion showcase and delectable Vietnamese cuisine provided an immersive experience that highlighted the allure of Vietnam to the Australian audience.”
The event, which spanned across May 13 and May 14, aimed to promote Vietnamese tourism products and services while showcasing the rich cultural heritage of Ho Chi Minh City. Attendees were treated to an evening filled with fashion, beauty, and the flavours of Vietnam.
