Models need to have charm, charisma, and dedication in addition to their good looks, and there’s no shortage of these great traits in Kate Ball, who brings passion, enthusiasm, and energy to her work.
Kate, currently twenty-nine years old, was initially spotted in Chester while attending university and went on to do some modeling for university sports clothes before starting a portfolio. Then, she won Best Bridal Model in 2012 and went on to compete and win in a variety of modeling competitions, eventually also winning the Miss British Isles Elegance title in 2017.

The aspect of modeling that she enjoys the most is being able to wear new types of clothing and outfits that she would normally not be able to wear. She also enjoys meeting new people.
She does mention that sometimes modeling can be difficult in terms of maintaining a particular diet “I am very conscious about healthy eating,” she says,“but sometimes it can be tough to follow. I try to make sure I have a healthy balance of good nutrition and exercise”.
When asked what one of the most important things she’s learned from modeling, Kate replies that it’s important “to be confident in my ability and to not compare myself to others.” She also explains that she exercises frequently in order to maintain a good physical form as well as “give me the confidence to apply for different jobs.” She adds that it’s “important to present yourself well in order to gain the respect from others.”
Kate also says that her family is incredibly supportive of her career, particularly her partner, Steve. “He has helped me to apply for lots of jobs,” she says, adding on that “without him I would not have done as well if I had been on my own.”

And when asked who is the most interesting person she’s met thus far in her career, she replied that it’s Michelle Keegan, an increasingly popular English actress who is best known for her roles on the ITV soap opera and the BBC drama series Our Girl.
In future, Kate plans to continue applying for new jobs and gain more recognition in her field. She also says that she“would like to have my own brand and to help others get into modeling while encouraging a healthy lifestyle.” She also wants to“promote the positive aspects of modeling as you do hear a lot of bad press which gives the industry a negative name.”
Kate leads a very active lifestyle and loves to exercise; some of her hobbies include running, tennis, weightlifting, badminton, bicycling, and hill walking. She also enjoys poker, can play the flute and has a Bachelor of Arts Honours Psychology degree.
