Following this, the delegates participated in a professional photo and video shoot, with creative direction and production provided by Mike Ilagan and Dave Choo from StarCentral Magazine, alongside Bob Reyes, the official photographer of Queens of Australia. The shoot captured the poise, confidence, and individuality of each contestant—images that will soon become a defining part of their journey.

Preparation continued with an intensive training session led by Susanna Downes, Miss Earth Australia 2019 and the current pageant manager of Queens of Australia, assisted by Sarah Tute, Miss Earth-Water Australia 2024. Both women brought their wealth of experience and passion, equipping the contestants with invaluable knowledge and practical skills for the competition ahead.
