The Road to Philippine International Fashion Festival 2026 Has Officially Begun!

The countdown to the highly anticipated Philippine International Fashion Festival 2026 has officially begun, marking the start of an exciting journey celebrating creativity, culture, and global fashion excellence. The first chapter of this remarkable adventure commenced with the StarCentral International Ambassadors departing the prestigious Holiday Inn Makati, the official accommodation partner for the ambassadors during their stay in the Philippines.

Renowned for its premium service, elegant accommodation, and central location in the heart of Makati’s vibrant business district, Holiday Inn Makati served as the perfect base for the ambassadors as they prepared for a series of exciting media appearances leading up to the historic fashion festival.

The ambassadors—Emmy, Taisha, Zara, and Grace—began their day with a special television appearance on Good Morning Kuya, a popular Philippine morning news and talk programme broadcast by UNTV. Known for its engaging discussions and inspiring interviews, the programme provided the perfect platform to introduce the ambassadors to viewers across the country.

Joining the ambassadors during this important media engagement was Eman Recio, President of the Fil-Oz Entertainment Collective, alongside council members Emmanuel and Chloe Lofthouse. Their presence highlighted the collaborative effort behind the upcoming festival and reinforced the strong partnership supporting the ambassadors on their international journey.

The ambassadors impressed viewers as they confidently shared their experiences in the modelling industry. The interview was hosted by Filipino television personality and former actor Joshua Dionisio, widely recognised for his role as Ken Pamintuan in the hit series Super Inggo and for portraying the young Cholo in the Philippine remake of Stairway to Heaven. Joining him was co-host Tini Balanon, a former Wish 107.5 presenter known for her work on UNCHARTED.

One by one, the ambassadors shared their personal journeys in the modelling world, offering insights into the dedication, preparation, and passion required to succeed in the fashion industry. They spoke about the excitement of representing international talent as they prepared for the first-ever Philippine International Fashion Festival.

Emmy, Taisha, Zara, and Grace highlighted the importance of teamwork, discipline, and cultural exchange as they prepare to take the runway. Their enthusiasm and professionalism resonated with viewers, further building anticipation for the upcoming festival.

Following their successful television appearance, the group travelled to Metro Central Mall—the official venue for the Philippine International Fashion Festival 2026.

Upon arrival, the ambassadors were greeted by an incredible sight: a giant, life-size promotional poster featuring the StarCentral International Ambassadors proudly displayed at the mall entrance. The striking display immediately captured shoppers’ and visitors’ attention, creating an exciting buzz around the upcoming event.

The ambassadors were warmly welcomed by renowned fashion designer Richard D. Roque, owner of Glamorousa Haute Couture and head of the Laguna Designers Elite Group. Also present was Rexerizza R. Boongaling, Municipal Tourism Officer for the Municipality of Santa Cruz, whose presence highlighted the strong support of the local government in promoting fashion, tourism, and cultural events in Laguna.

The visit symbolised a powerful collaboration between international creatives, Filipino designers, and local tourism leaders, all working together to bring the Philippine International Fashion Festival to life.

Fashion enthusiasts and supporters will also have the opportunity to see the ambassadors in person. You can catch the StarCentral International Ambassadors live at Metro Central Mall on April 11, 2026, at 3:00 PM, located at Brgy. Labuin, Santa Cruz, Laguna, as part of the exciting lead-up activities for the festival.

As the journey continues, one thing is clear—the road to the Philippine International Fashion Festival 2026 is already filled with unforgettable moments, meaningful collaborations, and a shared vision to celebrate fashion on a truly global stage.
