The video of a little kid who can speak and sing in Tagalog and Bisaya has gone viral and reached over 9,500 likes and more than 29,000 shares in Facebook so far.
The kid’s name is Charlotte and she is seen talking to a Filipina, possibly her nanny and the little girl is adorable!
