According to Vanity Fair, filming for The Batman has been suspended because it’s lead actor Robert Pattinson has recently tested positive for COVID.
Filming for Batman began in Glasgow earlier this year but was paused due to the spread of the Coronavirus pandemic. The Batman was initially was slated for release in June 2021 but has been delayed to October 2021 because of the quarantine.
A spokeswoman for Warner Bros said: “A member of The Batman production has tested positive for Covid-19, and is isolating in accordance with established protocols. Filming is temporarily paused.”

The Batman movie is planned for release in 2021.
