20th Century Studios has granted audiences a first look at the highly anticipated psychological thriller, “The First Omen.” This gripping film, serving as a prequel to the renowned horror franchise, is scheduled for an exclusive Australian cinema release on April 4, 2024.

Follow the harrowing journey of a young American woman dispatched to Rome for a life dedicated to the church’s service. As she grapples with an ominous darkness, her faith is shaken, unveiling a sinister conspiracy plotting the birth of pure evil. “The First Omen” boasts a stellar cast including Nell Tiger Free (“Servant”), Tawfeek Barhom (“Mary Magdalene”), Sonia Braga (“Kiss of the Spider Woman”), Ralph Ineson (“The Northman”), and Bill Nighy (“Living”). Directed by Arkasha Stevenson, the film draws inspiration from characters created by David Seltzer (“The Omen”), with a compelling story by Ben Jacoby (“Bleed”) and a screenplay crafted by Tim Smith & Arkasha Stevenson and Keith Thomas (“Firestarter”).
