Bella“Breathe” is Simon Baker’s feature film directorial debut and it follows two teenage boys, Pikelet (Samson Coulter) and Loonie (Ben Spence), growing up in a remote corner of Western Australian. It’s based on Tim Winton’s award-winning novel of the same name. The pair eventually forms an unlikely friendship with Sando (Simon Baker), a mysterious older surfer and adventurer, who pushes the boys to take risks that will have a lasting and profound impact on their lives.
The stars of Breath attended the red carpet premiere last Thursday, and it was held at Ritz Cinema in Randwick. As cameras flashed, and the stars of Breathe chatted with the media – the vibe of the day was fun and excitement.
