Sexiest Woman of the Month for June 2013!

Her mother may call her ‘Betty Crocker’ but Trisha-Grant Calitri will now also be known as StarCentral Magazine’s Sexiest Woman of the Month for June 2013!  The 20-year old of Canadian, Italian and Scottish descent can not only rock a bikini but a trumpet as well!  She plans to thoroughly enjoy her modeling career for as long as she can – if only she didn’t have to pay so much for gas!

– How were you actually ‘discovered’ ?

I met this guy named Paul, he’s a promoter from the United States. He encouraged me to model, and told me I had what it takes. He always pushes me to continue modeling; which is a great thing. He also helps me with my confidence!

 – What do you like most about modelling?

My favourite part about modeling would have to be the different experiences I encounter, and all the great people I get to meet! I love how every job is a surprise. You never know what you’ll be doing next. Modeling is such a fun job; I wish I started sooner!

– Downside to being a model?

There really is no major downside. The only thing I can recall would be all the money I put into gas for travelling.

 –  What has been the most memorable experience of your career so far?

As of now, I am currently a final contestant in Miss Chin Bikini International (the winner will be announced on June 29).  There are so many events involved in this competition.

 – Who have been the most interesting people you’ve met so far?

Everyone I’ve met so far interests me. They are all unique in their own ways, due to having different experiences and different ideas of shooting.

– I’m guessing you’ve been in the modelling industry for a few years now, what has been the most valuable lesson you’ve learned. This can be about the industry or about yourself.  Or both!

First thing I  learned is you can’t be insecure. Being insecure will show in your photos. Being relaxed makes the shoot go so much more smoothly! You always have to be open minded to new ideas & be willing to try something new!

– Working in an industry whose only emphasis is on the outside characteristics of a person, how have you stayed grounded?

Modeling is obviously prone to being all about the appearance of someone on the outside. Going into this industry, it’s important to realize this. I stay grounded by accepting that fact.

– Is your family supportive of your career?

My family is MAJORLY supportive of my career. My mom would be my main supporter. She goes everywhere with me and pushes me past my limits. I’ve come so far since the day I started. Having support is a must!

– What are your future plans?  Inside your career or out of it.

My future plans are rather simple. All I want in life are to prosper and be happy. Life’s too short to want anything else. I’m not relying on a modeling career due to how tough it is to get fully into the industry. However, if I found my way into the industry, it would be my main focus.
