Sexiest Woman Of The Month For April 2016: Kitty Karp

This sultry Hungarian goddess can captivate anyone with her exquisite smile, seductive eyes and amazing personality – hence the reason why Kitty Karp is StarCentral Magazine’s Sexiest Woman of the Month for April 2016.

The certified beauty queen is no stranger in front of the camera as she has already starred in a number of her father’s photos and videos when she was just a child. But she did reveal though that did not get her break in the modeling scene until she was 14 years old. “I caught sight of an advertisement about the Look of the Year modeling contest, and I decided to take my chances. I got shortlisted for the semi-finals, and I wore heels for the first time. Unexpectedly, it went well and I got a call a few days after telling me that I was in. Also, aside from giving me my first break, the competition came with a photo camp where I had opportunity to work with the top Hungarian photographers. So my startup gift was a very competitive portfolio, which helped me to open the doors,” she recounted.

Indeed, it did give the gorgeous 26-year old model a number of projects, which led to a successful career that she has now. And when she is off cam, she is out helping people stay in shape as a fitness coach. For those who don’t know, the London-based model has actually earned a degree from Semmelweis Physical Education University.

Moreover, she also shared that what she likes most about her chosen field is the diversity of it all. “Everything is always changing: the roles, the crew and the challenges. I got a chance to ice skate under the starlight at night for a shoot, the next day I am modeling as a guardian angel to a wheelchair user. It never gets boring,” Kitty quips. She also mentioned that working in the modeling industry enabled her to meet a lot of interesting people including a best friend for life.

One of the most memorable experiences she has had in her modeling career was when she represented her country on the Miss Model of the World in China in 2008. “I had chance to experience how it feels like to be a sensation. We visited different regions of China, and every time we stepped out on public places we had loads of people around taking pictures and trying to gain our attention. We were escorted by police officers, waited by musicians and soldiers at the airport, had our pictures on our door rooms and flowers on our beds, appeared on TV in the evening and in the newspaper in the morning. But the biggest thing I am very thankful for is the friendship that was born between 56 girls of different nationalities that still exists up to now,” she breathlessly told us.

But her line of work is not always a walk in the park though, there are also downsides to modeling. To her, the industry puts a lot of pressure and influence on a model’s personality. It can either make you a better person by boosting your self-esteem, or it can turn you into someone you no longer know. “Yes, it can all be fascinating, however, it may also make you forget about the real values and become superficial,” she shares.

“As everybody knows this industry is about the outside attributes of a person. Beauty has million manifestations. I’ve learned not to compare a rose to a tulip. Both are beautiful, but still different. Beauty is relative,” she further explains.

All that she had gone through had only made her stronger as a person with a better understanding of beauty, art and of humility.

“Through the years, I learned that this profession is somehow based on illusion and art. When I have beautiful pictures, I know exactly how many talented people are working hard in the background for the result. I know myself, sometimes even for me it is impossible to actually look like what I look like on my pictures. Take good care of the temple of your soul, but know your limits,” she expressed when asked about what lessons she has learned in life.

When Kitty was asked what her future plans are for her career, she said: “I would love to carry on reaching different levels in modeling as well as improve my fitness coaching here in the UK.”

There is no doubt that this pretty lady can accomplish whatever she wants because she has all the support of her friends and family. More power to you Kitty Karp!
