I’m on week/CD 3&4 and I love it! Just had a baby two months ago and it weens you in by gradually getting harder. I’ve done almost every other DVD of hers and even though there are some of the same moves there are still a lot of different moves as well. I’ve already noticed a difference and I just finished week 3 and I’m not doing the meal plan or the cardio. Instead I walk 9 miles a week so I think this program is worth the the money. I love Jillian Michaels! !♡♥

You will lose weight! its that simple. You have to be really committed because at times you will not want to work out. It comes with a diet guide which is a huge help. I personally dont use it because i have my own healty plan that works for me. You must purchase dumbells and an elastic band with this work out. But for only 30 min per work out, the results are great. I emplore you to get it. If done as suggested, it will change your life

If you have the discipline (doesn’t is always come down to that?), this program WILL work. What I find is the half hour workouts are really hour workouts crammed into 30 minutes. What is missing are the breaks, the small talk, and the short walk from station to station that you might have in a gym. Jillian gets you started and keeps you going until it’s done. Make sure you have your water bottle ready.
