A number of people don’t believe in ghosts or they usually raise their eyebrows when it comes to paranormal activity. Well, this video begs to differ.
This security camera footage was taken from an office in Manchester, England and it’s actually quite disturbing. The security guards basically witnessed chairs sliding across the floor and papers flying out of filing cabinets which means that some restless spirit still resides in this “empty” office.
