This Melbourne dad may very well be in the running for father of the year.

Ash Mills has been trying to keep up with his daughter Alex’s routines at home to continue to encourage her to stick with gymnastics. In most of his attempts he spins terrifyingly close to various furniture and his landings often look awfully excruciating.
