What: Celebrate the delicious depths of Filipino cuisine at the Philippine Food Festival, Café Mix.
Guest chefs from Shangri-La Hotel Makati, Manila, will serve up delectable Filipino dishes including Sisig, Lechon (Pork Belly), Adobong, Chicken Inasal and more, to delight your taste buds! End on the sweetest notes with a delectable selection of desserts created by Executive Pastry Chef, Anna Polyviou.
The festival will take place at Café Mix from 20-30 September. Lunch and dinner is priced at $65 and available from Sunday to Thursday, from 12noon to 2.30pm. The seafood buffet dinner is priced at $85 and available from Friday to Saturday, from 6 pm to 10.00pm. The festival begins 20 September from Dinner and concludes 30 September for lunch.
