What: The eagerly awaited Night Noodle Markets will once again transform Hyde Park into a bustling Asian street food festival. Over 18 balmy nights from 4 – 21 October, Sydneysiders can embark on a vibrant flavour journey through Asia with 40 sizzling hawker-style stalls served alongside live music, DJs and the city’s stunning nightscape. Food-lovers will feast on signature dishes and innovative new tastes from your favourite stallholders:
