Featured Event Of The Week: NAIDOC in the City

What: NAIDOC in the City is a free celebration of the world’s longest living Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander cultures, through food, song, art, dance, and stories in the heart of the city.

Now in its seventh year, NAIDOC in the City will see some of Australia’s most renowned Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander musicians and dancers take to the stage.

There’ll also be an earth oven and Indigenous themed food stalls, a healing tent, a marketplace selling local Indigenous art, craft and produce, weaving and jewelry-making workshops and a gallery of artworks that interpret this year’s NAIDOC Week theme.
