The July 2026 issue of StarCentral Magazine shines the spotlight on one of the publication’s most significant milestones yet, featuring exclusive highlights from the 2026 Philippine International Fashion Festival. Marking its 21st anniversary, StarCentral Magazine took its celebrations beyond Australia and into the heart of the Philippines, where fashion, culture, and international collaboration came together for an unforgettable showcase. Bringing together acclaimed Filipino designers, international models and leading figures from the fashion industry, the landmark event perfectly captured the magazine’s enduring commitment to discovering talent, celebrating creativity and building meaningful connections across the globe.

Twenty-one years is a remarkable achievement in the ever-changing worlds of media, fashion, and entertainment, and StarCentral Magazine celebrated the milestone in unforgettable style. Held across two spectacular runway events in Laguna and Metro Manila, the celebration brought together international models, acclaimed Filipino designers and leading fashion organisations for a weekend that embodied creativity, collaboration and cultural exchange.

More than simply commemorating an anniversary, the event showcased StarCentral Magazine’s long-standing commitment to discovering talent, supporting designers, and creating opportunities that transcend borders. The festivities became a vibrant celebration of fashion as a universal language, strengthening ties between Australia and the Philippines while highlighting the exceptional artistry of Filipino design.

A Milestone Worth Celebrating

Since its launch more than two decades ago, StarCentral Magazine has grown from an emerging entertainment publication into an internationally recognised multimedia platform covering fashion, entertainment, pageantry, lifestyle, and culture. Throughout its journey, the publication has remained committed to spotlighting rising stars while building meaningful connections within the global creative industry.

Its 21st anniversary provided the perfect opportunity to celebrate that legacy on an international stage.

Rather than limiting the celebration to Australia, StarCentral Magazine partnered with several respected Philippine organisations to create an event that reflected its global outlook. Working alongside Laguna Tourism, Laguna Designers Elite Group, One Designers Club, and Moda de Mayo Events, the magazine helped deliver one of the festival’s standout showcases.

International Models Take Centre Stage

Representing StarCentral Magazine throughout the celebrations were seven international models—Emmy, Taisha, Grace, Zara, Milan, Avayiah and Reeha—who travelled to the Philippines to participate in a series of high-profile runway presentations.

Each model brought professionalism, confidence, and international flair to the catwalk, showcasing an impressive range of couture and contemporary collections created by some of the Philippines’ most talented fashion designers.

Their participation reinforced the magazine’s ongoing mission to provide international opportunities and promote cultural exchange through fashion.

Building Bridges Through Fashion

Beyond the glamour of the runway, the anniversary celebration represented something much deeper.

For StarCentral Magazine, the Philippine International Fashion Festival served as a platform for meaningful collaboration among creatives from different countries and backgrounds. International models worked alongside Filipino designers, photographers, organisers and industry professionals, creating valuable networking opportunities and lasting professional relationships.

The partnership also reinforced StarCentral Magazine’s long-standing philosophy of supporting emerging talent while creating pathways for creatives to gain international exposure.

Over the past 21 years, countless models, entertainers, designers, and artists have appeared within the pages of StarCentral Magazine before going on to establish successful careers in their respective industries. The anniversary celebration continued that tradition by bringing new and established talent together on a shared platform.
