1. Fonoti

Fonoti is a soulful pop duo made up of brothers Yacob & Noah. Originally hailing from Auckland, New Zealand, these Maori/Samoan brothers have lived most of their lives in Australia. Even though they are only 21 and 22 years of age, Yacob and Noah have already performed in a number functions and events. Their outstanding vocals, great harmonies and musicianship was a result of not just of the musical history within their family but also from years of singing, performing and writing music together.

2. Sam and Nate

A fresh breath to the musical air, Samuel and Nathanael Andazola has had melody embedded in their lives since birth. With a background in piano, guitar, bass and drums, Sam and Nate have cultivated an understanding musically that has no further explanation than brotherhood. Samuel leads the two in melody whilst Nate’s purposeful unique rap style commands attention. They have performed in a number of big gigs such as the “Camplified Tour” on the East Coast where they performed before thousands of screaming campers, they shared the stage with Savvy, who was just recently signed with Cash Money Records label, they were invited to Disney’s Celebration City where they performed at the “Celebration of Voices” – this is where they got to share their talent with everyone in the snow covered streets and they were also extras in the Disney movie “Lemonade Mouth”. They are currently working and recording in Atlanta, Georgia with John Eley for their new single “Fell in Love with Love” featuring Algee, who was on the Original Disney Channel Movie “Let it Shine.” The new single is currently stirring up much interest in the music industry and is getting air play as far away as the U.K.

  1. “Making music isn’t just about how good you look, it’s about how well you’re heard. Fiddlestix has fans all over Ontario, and across the globe thanks to friends who travel, and the band itself that traveled and gained contacts along their way. It’s definitely a new sound and with the best fiddle player in Ontario along with musical talents of Jeff Blake who not only plays the keyboards, but flute as well, he is fabulous behind the microphone. Our drummer Sam Cino is amazing on the drums, and has a kick ass voice when he’s rapping out his tune. Nancy Ploeg is just a beautiful woman with such energy and drive, no matter where you are in the room, she spots you and shines her beautiful smile. You just can’t help but smile back. Last but not least is our very sexy bassist Carly Nicole. You won’t find very many bassists that have a bounce in their step like she does. She gives a whole new image to bass players. Have a listen and give us your comments, and a vote!”

  2. Does the music you listen to reach out to all generations? Fiddlestix does! Melodies, classical, pop, rock, country, celtic, folk – it’s all there, and anyone of any age can enjoy the richness of the music Fiddlestix provides. Fiddleheads are a group of all ages from 5 year to 95 year old. There’s a song for everyone!

  3. GOO FONOTIIIIII !! Ive watched all the other contestants videos & you’s R by far the best!!

  4. Fiddlestix is true talent with original music and outstanding covers of timelessly good songs as well. The remaining are simply cover groups, which we see all the time. Most of it is just covers of songs we hear too often on the radio regardless. The internet is over saturated with it.

    Fiddlestix gets my vote

  5. When I first saw Fiddlestix play, I was in total awe. I’ve heard the fiddle play, but never have I heard it play ‘Another Brick In The Wall’ by Pink Floyd. Here’s a video of this awesome song, and the talents of Fiddlestix. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KdzXnHpYMaM&feature=plcp
